These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between BidikBet ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who registers for, accesses, or uses the BidikBet online gaming platform accessible at https://bidikbet.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and applications.

BidikBet is an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users globally, with specific provisions that apply to users based in Malaysia, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other Malaysian cities.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on BidikBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable local laws.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party in relation to your Account or any funds held therein.
• You do not hold, and have not previously held, an Account on BidikBet that was terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of BidikBet or any affiliated entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Identity Verification

BidikBet is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or telco bill issued within the previous three (3) months
• A selfie photograph in which you are holding your identity document
• Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits

4.2 Verification Timeline

BidikBet aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. During high-volume periods, verification may take up to 5 business days. Withdrawals will be held pending successful verification.

4.3 Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the verification process is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of all funds, and potential referral to relevant authorities.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following specific obligations apply:

5.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account and must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party
• Log out fully when using shared devices
• Notify BidikBet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account
• Not allow any other person to use your Account under any circumstances

5.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on BidikBet. Operating multiple accounts — whether to circumvent bonus restrictions, avoid verification, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, BidikBet will close all but the original account and may forfeit bonus-derived winnings held in any of the duplicate accounts.

5.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that:

• Violates any applicable Malaysian law or regulation
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of BidikBet or any third party
• Involves the transmission of unsolicited promotional communications
• Introduces malicious code, bots, or automated software to the Platform
• Interferes with the integrity of any game outcome, RNG result, or live dealer session
• Involves the use of a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or access restrictions

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

BidikBet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT TRC20, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

6.2 Deposit Policy

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposited amount.

6.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed only to a verified payment method previously used for deposits. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification successfully
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses must be fulfilled before withdrawal
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 unless otherwise stated
• Processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong) — 15–60 minutes after approval; USDT TRC20 — 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation
• BidikBet reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times

6.4 Currency

All transactions for Malaysian users are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless the User selects a cryptocurrency deposit method, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of deposit is credited to the account.

BidikBet offers bonuses, promotional credits, free spin equivalents, cashback, and other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Users with verified accounts who meet the specific eligibility criteria of each promotion. BidikBet reserves the right to exclude users from promotions at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each User may claim each promotional offer once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement specifying the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When an active bonus is in your account, the maximum permitted single bet is typically MYR 250–MYR 500 as specified per promotion. Exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used, and wagering requirements that are not fulfilled, within the stated expiry period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days) will be forfeited.
• Sticky Bonus Policy: Where a bonus is designated as "non-cashable" or "sticky," the bonus amount itself is not withdrawable — only winnings generated above the bonus amount may be withdrawn, subject to meeting wagering requirements.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

BidikBet employs detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to fulfil wagering requirements, or coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is detected, BidikBet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any resulting winnings, and/or terminate the Account.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the BidikBet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing single-account restrictions
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage, including registration, KYC, or support interactions
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aids to interact with or manipulate game outcomes
• Engaging in match-fixing, soft-play, chip dumping, or any form of collusion with other Users
• Attempting to use the Platform for the purposes of money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or system vulnerabilities and failing to report them promptly to support
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the operational integrity of the Platform or the experience of other Users
• Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from BidikBet

BidikBet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools that allow Users to manage their gambling activity. BidikBet strictly restricts access to the Platform to persons aged 21 years and above.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from Account Settings
• Loss Limits: Restrict maximum losses over a defined period
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play

All content on the BidikBet Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, interface elements, game imagery, promotional materials, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of BidikBet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No content from the Platform may be reproduced, published, transmitted, distributed, displayed, modified, adapted, or used in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or otherwise — without the prior express written permission of BidikBet.

Game content made available on the Platform via licensed third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. BidikBet does not claim ownership of third-party game content and operates under valid licensing agreements with all game providers featured on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BidikBet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Platform
• Any gambling losses incurred during gameplay, including losses resulting from technical errors not attributable to BidikBet's wilful misconduct
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal payments where such delays are caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered therein

BidikBet's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude BidikBet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter for which liability may not be lawfully limited or excluded.

12.1 By BidikBet

BidikBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where BidikBet reasonably believes that:

• You have breached these Terms or any associated policy
• Your Account activity is consistent with Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users
• Required by applicable law, regulation, or court order

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, BidikBet reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, or Real Money Funds that are the subject of an open investigation, subject to applicable law.

12.2 By the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting BidikBet's 24/7 support team via live chat or at the support email address. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be addressed and pending withdrawals finalised. Any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BidikBet is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through BidikBet's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Users in Malaysia are encouraged to first raise any disputes directly with BidikBet's customer support team, where the majority of issues can be resolved promptly. BidikBet aims to respond to all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days.

Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.

BidikBet reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, BidikBet will provide reasonable notice via one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform homepage, an email to your registered email address, or a notification within your Account dashboard.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.2.
